Solutions to Sri Lanka
Daimei commenced our operation in Sri Lanka in 1981 when we undertook the Cyclone Rehabilitation Project in the Batticaloa area. Since then we have carried out major telecom projects for Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) and their predecessor the Department of Telecommunications.
Thereafter Daimei SLK commenced work for Dialog Axiata PLC. We undertook the construction of a large backbone for Dialog in the south of Sri Lanka in the year 2019.
In the same year Daimei SLK established their own plant for manufacturing concrete telephone poles for both SLT and Dialog.
